No. You can register and start with the Free plan without a card. You only enter a card when activating a paid plan.

While the account is active, you can use cars and service records in the workshop area without limits on their number. After the active period ends, the account is limited to 4 new cars or service records per 7 days.

Every account gets 25 free SMS reminders each month. If you have SMS credit, messages are sent from credit first. After credit is used, Autolog automatically uses the 25 free SMS. After both are used, no further messages are sent until the next month. Use SMS for inspection/MOT reminders, oil changes, appointment confirmations, service status updates, seasonal tire changes, and other maintenance notifications.

When an SMS is sent, purchased credit is used first. If credit is not available, Autolog uses the monthly allowance of 25 free SMS. Purchased SMS credits expire 1 year after purchase.

Basic is for 3-14 vehicles, Standard is for up to 59 vehicles, and Fleet is for 60+ vehicles with no upper limit. When changing an existing fleet plan, Autolog checks whether the new plan covers the current number of fleet vehicles; the change is processed after confirmation.

After signing in, choose Pro Plus on the pricing page and complete the online card payment. After successful payment, the plan is activated automatically.

You can rest assured that your records are safe with us! If you decide to downgrade from a Pro plan to the free plan, none of your data will be lost. All your stored information will remain accessible on the free plan.

Yes, you can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings.

Subscriptions are paid online by card.
